Sheila’s Inspiration
Sheila accredits her inspiration and passion for real estate to her father. Growing up in real estate father was a commercial real estate broker for Arthur Rubloff.
“He wanted me to go into business with him but I chose a different direction and sold office products for many years. After my company had gone through several merges, I decided it was finally time. I became licensed in 2002 and went into real estate full time in 2003.”
Dedication
Sheila is constantly learning by studying the market everyday to ensure that her clients receive accurate pricing both in the sale and purchase. She is fearless and not afraid of a challenge. She credits a good deal of her success to her discipline and daily habits. “I treat it like a business. I am in the office every morning, prospecting, looking at the hot sheet and studying the market. I also spend time touring properties to see what’s really going on. By staying fully informed and educated, I can give my clients exactly what they need.” Sheila works extremely hard from protecting her clients start to end of a transaction.
“Because of low inventory anyone can get their clients under contract but keeping them in contract is hard. There is a lot of expertise and knowledge needed to get clients to the closing table.”
Sheila starts every day by asking herself, “Who can I help buy or sell a property today? I try to be the calming force throughout the transaction and it’s not just with other clients, it is also with other agents and my preferred partners. My goal is for my clients to remember having fun and getting great service while they experience a stress-free transaction.”
Team Spirit
Sheila also enjoys helping people who are interested in a new career break into real estate and serves as a mentor for new agents. She even inspired someone very special to get back into the business.
“My father saw how much fun I was having as an agent so he came out of retirement and got licensed again at 79! He’s still practicing real estate at 83!”
She recently won the Baird & Warner spirit award, which recognizes the agent who helps her team the most. She has helped mentor many agents just getting into the business. She has been involved in real estate coaching in 2004 and continues to hone her skills with a network of agents across the country and into Canada.
